From the Vice Provost

Dear students,

Welcome back from Spring Break! I hope you had a chance to rest and relax before you gear up for the final push of the semester. As you make plans for the remainder of March, I hope you can find time to join us for what I’m sure will be an interesting conversation about Bias Incidents, Harassment, Discrimination and Hate Speech on March 31st

Co-sponsored by the Office of Equal Opportunity of Affirmative Action, Bias Response and Referral Network, local FBI, University Police Department and Office for Student Affairs, this campus discussion will address bias incidents and community and law enforcement responses. Whether you have experienced these issues directly or are simply concerned about current events, we want to hear from you. Pizza and beverages will be provided!

Are you Concerned about a Student or Friend?

Students, staff, faculty, and parents are encouraged to contact OSA's Care Manager if they have strong concerns about the behavior or actions of a University of Minnesota student. If you think a student might cause harm to self or others, we welcome you to share your concerns by making a referral here. Your referral will be reviewed by the OSA Care Manager.
