Director of Multicultural Student Engagement
Anise Mazone is Director of Multicultural Student Engagement in the Office for Student Affairs as well as an instructor in the Leadership Minor. For 14 years, she has worked to advance diversity, equity and inclusion across Student Affairs units. Anise has extensive experience working to increase the aspirations of underrepresented students who seek and persist to graduation. Anise’s work is also framed by leadership development and multicultural education.
She holds an M.A. in Multicultural Teaching and Learning and a B.A. in Psychology, both from the University of Minnesota.
