- Student Unions & Activities campus-wide programming boards, student organizations, and officers and leaders of organizations
- Recreational leadership or organizations through RecWell
- Leadership Enrichment Programs & Leadership Minor
- RecWell open recreation, instructor-led group fitness courses and intramural programs
- Fraternities and sororities through the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life
Compared to their peers, students who have been mentored by a student affairs professional and those who participate in the following Student Affairs programs and services have significantly higher capacity for socially responsible leadership than their peers who did not participate:
Student Unions & Activities campus-wide programming boards, student organizations, and officers and leaders of organizations
- RecWell open recreation, recreational leadership or organizations, instructor-led group fitness courses and intramural programs
- Leadership Enrichment Programs & Leadership Minor

Compared to their peers, students who participate in the following Student Affairs programs and services have significantly higher social generativity--carrying out activities in order to ensure a better world for future generations--than their peers who did not participate:

- Recreational leadership or organizations through RecWell
- Leadership Enrichment Programs & Leadership Minor
Compared to their peers, students who have been mentored by a student affairs professional and those who participate in the following Student Affairs programs and services are significantly more likely to engage in social change behaviors (e.g., working with others to address social inequality, acting to benefit the common good or protect the environment, performing community service) than their peers who did not participate:
- Fraternities and sororities through the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life
- Leadership Enrichment Programs & Leadership Minor
- Student Unions & Activities student organizations and officers and leaders of organizations
