Paul Zheng
Career and Internship Services
Nominated by: Sara Newberg
Value Demonstrated by Employee: Collaboration
Paul has been doing a stupendous job over the last two months keeping operations of Career and Internship Services running smoothly. He has coordinated the activities of our 6 peer advisers without missing a beat, setting up virtual methods for resumes reviews, appointments, and projects. In addition to his regular duties, he has managed numerous updates to the websites in absence of staff who are on leave. He has worked diligently to obtain an 85% response rate(!) to the CIS alumni career outcomes survey, crunched the data and formatted a 69 page report with information that will inform programming and information for students about careers related to their majors. And he patiently responds to technology questions of CIS staff, big and small. He is very deserving of recognition!
